Lee: And what's the problem with your vehicle?
Female Customer: I think there's a problem with the alternator.
Lee: Now, moving on to your location. Whereabouts are you broken down?
Female Customer: I'm just outside Edinburgh on the A700 and I've got to get back to Birmingham tonight. I really need to get my little girl to a hospital appointment first thing in the morning.
Lee: Don't worry, we'll aim to get you both home tonight.
