AA Colleague 1: The system is very user friendly, allows us to log customer break downs, whether that's via vehicles such as cars, lorries, motorbikes. We always look to offer world class customer service, and that's the benefit of this system.
AA Colleague 2: You'll start off by taking the member's membership number. You'll then move on to take the vehicle registration number and take down the vehicle's diagnostics. Moving on from that, you'll take the vehicle's location and put it in on the system which will then get forwarded on to one of the higher managers who will then sort a patrol to the vehicle.
